Ans: In Chips's preliminary interview Mr Wetherby was headmaster, he advised Mr Chips to work with a lot of enthusiasm. He advised him to work harder and work with great discipline. He advised him to work with a firm attitude and keep up a positive attitude and approach towards his students.
